How do I apply for finance?

You can apply for finance in two ways:

1. Add the products that you wish to purchase to your basket and proceed to checkout. Continue through the checkout process and once you get to the payment options select finance. You can then choose your deposit amount, anywhere from 10% to 50%, by using the slider function, the higher your deposit amount the lower your monthly payments will be. Click “Place Order” and this will automatically direct you to a secure website where you will begin the application process, sign your application electronically and pay your deposit. Within a few minutes you will receive an instant decision. If your application is approved you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours and our installation team will call you to arrange delivery of your new Sole Fitness equipment.

2. Or simply call our sales team at 01782 593533 option 3. A member of our expert team will complete a finance application for you and email you an agreement to sign.

How much can I borrow?

When checking out, just fill out our easy online application form and you can be approved for up to £5000 including VAT to use for the purchase of your Sole Fitness equipment. Use our calculator to determine how much you can spend based on your monthly payments. The minimum order is £500.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 10% minimum deposit is required and is payable by credit or debit card upon finance acceptance.

How much will my monthly payments be?

Your monthly payments depend on how much your purchase is, how much you decide to put down as a deposit and what finance option you choose. Use our calculator on each of the product pages to see how much your monthly payment would be.

How are my monthly payments paid?

All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically the first payment will be due one month after the date of the finance agreement and the subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month.

What length of repayment is available?

You can choose a 6, 10, 12, 24 or 36 month loan repayment period depending on the amount of your purchase. Please see table below for minimum purchase requirements for the different repayment periods.

Who can apply for finance?

You must meet the following requirements in order to qualify for finance:

• You must be 18 years of age
• You must be a UK resident with at least 3 years continual address history
• You must be in full-time employment, unless retired or a house person with a spouse in full-time employment
• You must have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
• The goods must be delivered to the your home address

Can I pay my agreement off early?

You can settle your loan agreement at any time. Simply write to Ikano Retail Finance and they will calculate and send you your settlement figure. Your settlement figure and date are calculated in line with the Consumer Credit Act.
