- Sole has an integrated sound system with MP3 player compatible sound cord which enables the customer to play any audio device with a headphone jack to play through our speakers.
- A strong durable frame is vital for Light Commercial bikes. Heavy Steel tubing along with aluminum shroud makes the Sole bikes indestructible but light and manageable. Two wheels upfront act as touch points and make moving the bikes easy and convenient
- Allows a user to move forward and backward on the seat as well as the back rest. Because all users differ in height it's important to have the freedom of finding that perfect comfort level during a workout
- Programs
- Strength - Increases muscular strength in lower body. Increases in resistance to a high level and forces a user to sustain it. Strengthens and tone legs and glutes.
- Cardio - Increases cardiovascular function and endurance. It will build up heart muscle and increase blood flow and lung capacity. Incorporates a higher level of exertion with slight fluctuations in work.
- Hill - Resistance on ellipticals and incline on treadmills will steadily increase and then decrease during the program, simulating hill climbs.
- User 1 & 2 - Allow users to program and save their own desired workouts, including speed, incline and/or intensity adjustments on elliptical trainers
- Intervals - High levels of intensity followed by periods of low intensity. Increases endurance by depleting oxygen levels followed by periods of recovery to replenish oxygen. The cardiovascular system gets programmed to use oxygen more efficiently this way and aids in heart rate recovery from intense activities.
- Heart Rate - A users target heart rate will automatically dictate to the machine at speed, incline and/or intensity it needs to operate within in order to maintain the users heart rate.
- Fat Burn - Maximizes the burning of fat. A lower exertion level staying at a steady workload is the best. Keep heart rate at around 60 % to 70 % of its max HR for best results
