Recently rewarded with a best buy, the Sole Light Commercial LCR recumbent bike can best be described as dependable, comfortable and affordable. It's ideal for apartment complexes, physical therapy clinics, fitness studios, school weight rooms or even for home use.
With the intent of this product being used in light commercial settings, Sole went about working on designing a bike that one; would hold up under consistent use by various users, two; provide enough support and comfort to everyone, regardless of age, weight or health and three; make this product worth every penny of its purchase.
Because light commercial products are being used by various users, they demand stability and durability. The Sole LCR is equipped with a 30 lb. heavy flywheel that boasts 40 levels of resistance and will challenge any user regardless of their fitness level. The supportive back and adjustable seat are ideal for multiple users and can be controlled by the conveniently placed handlebars.
Set up and power source can be obstacles when deciding on equipment. Sole took care of both problems. The LCR not only is compact and easy to set up but it is also self generated and does not require any external power source. It’s ideal for light commercial settings and will help to reduce future energy bills.

- The Sole 9" LCD console display makes workouts easier and more effective. A vibrant blue screen with large clean readouts provide users with helpful information, such as Heart Rate, Speed, Pace, Calories burned and many other useful bits of information.
- Sole has an integrated sound system with MP3 player compatible sound cord which enables the customer to play any audio device with a headphone jack to play through our speakers.
- A strong durable frame is vital for Light Commercial bikes. Heavy Steel tubing along with aluminum shroud makes the Sole bikes indestructible but light and manageable. Two wheels upfront act as touch points and make moving the bikes easy and convenient
- Allows a user to move forward and backward on the seat as well as the back rest. Because all users differ in height it's important to have the freedom of finding that perfect comfort level during a workout
- Programs
- Strength - Increases muscular strength in lower body. Increases in resistance to a high level and forces a user to sustain it. Strengthens and tone legs and glutes.
- Cardio - Increases cardiovascular function and endurance. It will build up heart muscle and increase blood flow and lung capacity. Incorporates a higher level of exertion with slight fluctuations in work.
- Heart Rate - A users target heart rate will automatically dictate to the machine at speed, incline and/or intensity it needs to operate within in order to maintain the users heart rate.
- Fat Burn - Maximizes the burning of fat. A lower exertion level staying at a steady workload is the best. Keep heart rate at around 60 % to 70 % of its max HR for best results
- Fit Test - Provides a score calculated from a user’s Heart Rate test. Helping to determine a user’s health condition; ranging from excellent to poor.

Price Value Quality Delivery and service Use of machine I bought this product when it first came on the market, I had been looking at the R92 but wanted a more heavy duty recumbent, I was obviously delighted when this hit the UK.
It its a brilliant machine, I read that the R92 had an uncomfortable seat, I can assure you that this doesn't have that issue, I have spent many hours on this and have no complaints. As with most other reviews, I will say that assembly was incredibly easy, great instructions and guidelines.
I rang up customer services at SOLE to register and it was completed there and then, they said any parts I needed from them would be sent out to me as soon as possible, generally the same day.
Amazing Service.
